Chemical Plastic Pools | | We produce chemical pools in different capacities from polyethylene HDPE and polypropylene PP materials. By the raw materials used, chemical plastic pools vary from entry to exit, to wall thickness, to breathing and to cuffs. These serve as a kind of warehouse. In these tanks, liquid chemicals usually stored in stock are very dangerous. Chemical tanks, for example, have very large prescriptions due to chemicals such as sulfuric acid and nitric acid.
Stock pools in chemical tanks we produce; vertical chemical plastic pools, horizontal chemical pools and conical silo chemical pools.
How should chemical storage pools be used?
It is made by our engineers with free discovery and assembly assistance. Linear low density HDPE does not react with chemicals placed in tank and warehouse produced with high density polyethylene sheets, never leaves particles. It is also unaffected by sunlight and adverse weather conditions.
Acetic acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrogen peroxide, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, liquid caustic and sodium hypochlorite are some of the chemical varieties that have been actively used in polyethylene tanks for a long time. Polyethylene is the main weight of the raw material to be stocked rather than the chemical properties that determine it in chemical tanks. Polyethylene chemical plastic pools are produced by our company from 100 liters to 60000 liters.
Conical Silo Plastic Pools
Conical silo tanks, in other words warehouse submerged tanks, are generally produced for the purpose of separating the submerged and liquid sedimentation process. It also ensures that you can receive the disassembled products absolutely unmixed. We manufacture tapered tanks in different mold options according to the operations to be done.
The surfaces that come into contact with the product in the polyethylene silo ware are absolutely plastic and do not react with the product in it. We use metal carcasses in polyethylene cone silo tanks. This can be changed according to the need of evacuation. Conical silo tanks can also be used as mixer mixers.
Sample chemicals and foodstuffs stored in silo tanks; sulfuric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid, phosphoric acid, hydrogen peroxide, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, liquid caustic, sodium hypochlorite.
